First Towing Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”) coordinates towing requests and connects customers with independent local towing providers. Actual towing services are performed by the provider accepting the request.

The availability of towing services depends on the customer's location, vehicle condition, equipment requirements and provider availability.

When requesting service, customers must provide accurate pickup and destination information, vehicle details, contact information and relevant details about the vehicle's condition.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider is available or that a vehicle has been dispatched.

We will communicate the applicable quoted price and material service conditions before the customer authorizes dispatch.

The quoted price applies to the service and circumstances described. Additional work, extra mileage, specialized recovery equipment, access difficulties, storage or other charges may apply only where applicable, disclosed and authorized as required by law.

Customers may request clarification before accepting a quote.

We coordinate with independent towing providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these providers are not our employees.

The provider is responsible for carrying out the towing operation and maintaining the licenses, permits, equipment and insurance required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee a specific arrival time unless expressly confirmed. Estimated arrival times may change due to traffic, weather, road closures, provider availability and other circumstances.

Any advance payment, deposit or other charge will be disclosed before payment. Payment terms, including whether the balance is payable to us or directly to the provider, will be communicated before authorization.

Customers should retain their payment confirmation and service details.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in our policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Customers must provide accurate information, ensure safe access to the vehicle where possible, disclose known hazards and cooperate with reasonable service instructions.

Customers must not request unlawful towing, misrepresent vehicle ownership or conceal material information about the vehicle or recovery situation.

Customers should report service concerns, suspected vehicle damage or billing disputes promptly, providing available photographs, receipts and relevant details.

Responsibility for a particular loss or claim will be determined under the applicable law and the facts of the incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may be unable to arrange a provider in some locations or circumstances. If we cannot provide a confirmed service, the applicable refund rules will apply.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information may be shared with the independent provider as reasonably necessary to arrange the requested service, subject to applicable law.

Applicable law and dispute-resolution requirements depend on the circumstances and the jurisdictions involved. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional requirements.
