These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by First Towing Service. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

• We offer 24x7 car towing services across India.
   
• Service availability may vary based on location, traffic, weather, and vehicle conditions.
   
• We work with verified towing partners to fulfill customer requests quickly and safely.
   

• All bookings are accepted based on real-time availability of towing partners.
   
• Once your request is confirmed, the nearest available tow vehicle is dispatched to your location.
   
• You will receive updates via call or WhatsApp regarding the assigned towing vehicle.
   

• All services require advance payment to confirm booking and dispatch the towing vehicle.
   
• Once the towing vehicle is dispatched, or if 5 minutes have passed since the advance payment was made:
   
  • No refund will be processed.
     
  • A minimum of ₹1000/- will be charged as dispatch/cancellation fee, even if a partial refund is granted.
     
• This ensures that operational costs and driver time are covered once the service is initiated.
   

 If the customer cancels before dispatch, a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
If the towing service is cancelled due to customer fault, misinformation, or delay, no refund will be provided.

Non-refundable cases include (but are not limited to):

• If the vehicle is not towable due to mechanical or physical issues, such as:
   
  • Jammed wheels or locked differential
     
  • Missing or damaged towing hook
     
  • Missing axle or broken suspension
     
  • Seized brakes or engaged handbrake
     
  • No key access or vehicle stuck in gear (especially automatic cars)
     
  • Flat or damaged tyres making towing unsafe or impossible
     
  • Vehicle parked in a way that prevents access (tight basement, slope, sand, narrow lanes, low-clearance area, etc.)
     
  • Modified or lowered body/frame that restricts safe loading
     
  • Missing or damaged essential towing components like tow eye, tie-down points, or bumper brackets
     
• If the customer provides incorrect vehicle or location details (e.g., wrong type, category, weight, or address)
   
• If the customer is unreachable, non-responsive, or delays beyond reasonable wait time
   
• If the towing truck reaches the location but returns empty due to any of the above reasons
   

In such cases, advance payment or empty return charges will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.
 

• First Towing Service is not liable for:
   
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or technical issues
     
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by external factors during towing
     
  • Misuse of the service by the customer or third parties
     
• We strive to assign experienced and professional vendors, but we do not directly employ tow truck drivers.
   

• Customers must provide accurate details (location, vehicle type, problem).
   
• The vehicle must be accessible and ready for towing upon driver arrival.
   
• The customer must respond to calls or messages during service coordination.
   

• Any disputes arising from the use of our service should first be addressed to our support team.
• If unresolved, the matter will be subject to jurisdiction under Chennai, Tamilnadu law.
   

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
